- Who you're dealing with. The site is run by Lyle Montel Gibbs, North Carolina, USA. Using the site means you accept these terms, the Community Rules and the Privacy Policy.
- Game in development. Everything shown on the site (features, footage, screenshots, roadmap, dates, prices, tiers and perks) shows a game in active development and is subject to change. Nothing on the site is a promise of a feature or a release date, except what the Backer Terms lock in once your backing is complete.
- Signing up. You must be 16 or older and give your own real email address. One sign-up per person. Joining the test list does not guarantee a place in any test wave; places are offered at our discretion, except guaranteed access under the Backer Terms.
- Your conduct. You agree to follow the Community Rules. You may not attack, overload, scrape or try to break into the site or its admin area, create fake or bulk sign-ups, or use the site for anything illegal.
- Our right to remove you. We may refuse, suspend or delete any sign-up, reservation, community membership or account, and block IP addresses, devices or email domains, if you break these terms or the Community Rules, or to protect players, the project or the site. Enforcement follows the Community Rules. If we remove a backer whose backing is complete, the Backer Terms say what happens to their money.
- Content you post. You keep ownership of what you post (comments, fan art, feedback, clips). You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to show, share and feature it in connection with the game, with credit where practical. You can ask us to stop featuring something you made. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
- Our content and copying. The game, its name, characters, art, footage, music, text, code and the site's design belong to Lyle Montel Gibbs or our licensors. You may share our official videos and screenshots as they are, with credit, and make fan art, videos, streams, reviews and guides about the game, as long as you don't claim to be official, sell our assets, or suggest we endorse you. Without written permission you may not copy, republish or sell our content or code; scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or our servers; use our content or data to train AI models; access or reproduce our servers, software or databases, or run private servers; or data-mine or leak unreleased content. If you do, we may file takedown notices, ban the accounts involved, block access, and take legal action.
- Service may go down. The game is made by one independent developer. The site, servers and online world depend on paid services and may go offline temporarily or permanently, with or without warning, including if the developer can no longer pay for them. We'll try to give warning, but we can't guarantee the site or game will stay online.
- Links. We aren't responsible for sites we link to.
- No warranty. The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free.
- Limit of liability. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability is limited to US$100 or the amount you paid us, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or the rights consumers have under the law where they live.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in North Carolina. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.
- Changes. We may update these terms; the new version applies from its effective date. We'll announce significant changes on the site.
